Welcome to Kiperi House in the rural village of Frilingianika, Kythira, where we offer charming and quiet accommodation in the stable annex of our 200 year old traditional Kythirian home, which we have restored to its old splendour with particular attention given to maintaining all the original plans and features, but also offering all the modern day comforts. 

The stable annex comprises of two independent rooms, the Manger Room, where the 'local' donkey and goats were kept, and still maintains the original feeding manger, and the Goth Room, so named because we find the beautiful XIX century Italian bed, a little 'gothic'; each room can accommodate up to three people (please see individual room details for more information). Each room can be rented individually, or together - The Stables. 
As we would like our guests to have peace of mind and enjoy their time at Kiperi House, we have decided that for 2022 we will only host one group of guests at a time.

For our guests, the stable annex has an fully equipped independent kitchenette, a comfortable outside breakfast/dining area, a relaxing shaded lounge area, ideal for reading in the heat of the day, and a roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea (also the island of Crete on a clear day), and surrounding landscape, also a great space for sun bathing, practising yoga or for enjoying the incredible night sky, full of stars! 

In the village we have a delightful taverna, the 'Kokkino Spaletto', 5 minutes away by car is our local supermarket, a kafenion(cafe) and another taverna, and a 10 minute drive will take you to Potamos, our nearest town; here you will find, a post-office, plenty of places to eat, drink and shop, atm, and every Sunday morning there is a small market where you can buy local home grown produce, or home made products, and then sit and relax with an Ouzo or two, and octopus on the grill!

Frilingianika is conveniently situated in the centre of Kythira, which makes it an ideal place to stay for exploring the island, and we are not far from some of the most beautiful beaches Kythira has to offer!
